Senior Consultant at Venn Group | Specialist in Interim Positions within Social Housing and Estates & Facilities
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Property Surveys & Maintenance: Perform thorough stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio, documenting defects and maintenance needs.
* Technical Expertise & Compliance: Use your knowledge of building regulations, construction laws, and health & safety standards to ensure all work meets required criteria. Apply IT systems and mobile tech to manage maintenance and asset tracking.
* Problem Resolution & Decision Making: Make independent, informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently and ensure services provide value within budget.
* Customer Relations & Resident Communication: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction. Engage with residents to address their concerns and needs.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the housing or construction industry.
* A full driving licence is required.
