You'll manage a team of Holiday Operation Assistant Managers and Holiday Operation Assistants. Your focus will be on giving great service to everyone who chooses to stay on the campsite. You’ll be answering their questions, following agreed procedures, working with the local property team as well as the bookings team to make sure we’re being consistent and maintaining our high standards. Your day can include everything from managing the site budget, staff rotas and compliance tasks to the more practical grounds maintenance, cleaning and looking after the site infrastructure. We take great pride in our cleaning standards and this role will require you to be 'hands on' with maintaining these standards. You’ll manage and lead the team at Waterclose Meadows through training, coaching and development. You'll be responsible for the recruitment of new staff, providing clear induction and training. You’ll help to respond to incidents and do all that’s needed to keep everyone safe. You'll also tackle unplanned tasks as they arise, to help keep standards high and people happy.
