Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships group at the Cadillac Formula 1 Team. With a particular focus on apparel, merchandising, and licensing, this role will allow you to take full ownership, drive fresh thinking, and deliver against the strategic objectives of the partner and team.
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with apparel brands as well as oversee merchandise and licensing initiatives. There is also an opportunity to identify new areas of collaboration as we strive to offer our fans an extensive range of Cadillac Formula 1 Team product offerings.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join an innovative team, working at the intersection of motorsport, apparel, and brand management.
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage a portfolio of Cadillac Formula 1 Teams Official Partners and Official Suppliers to a high standard.
2. Manage end-to-end supply chains and execute global licensing programmes for the Cadillac Formula 1 Team.
3. Oversee the delivery of contractual rights across a variety of touchpoints, including events, digital, content, broadcast, hospitality, activations, and employees.
4. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partners at all levels.
5. Collaborate with partners and agencies to develop partnership strategies that align with the goals of the partner and the Cadillac Formula 1 Team, with clear, measurable KPIs to assess success.
6. Identify synergies between partner objectives and our brand goals, developing ideas and initiatives that strengthen these partnerships.
7. Manage reporting efforts including income, renewals, and spend.
8. Contribute to the overall success of the Commercial Partnerships team by helping meet financial targets.
9. Drive operational efficiency by implementing strong processes and systems for successful delivery of your partners.
10. Foster strong internal relationships, understanding and supporting the workflows of various business areas to ensure mutual success in day-to-day and strategic activities.
Requirements
1. Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within a F1 or Spectator Sport industry.
2. Proven expertise in Partnership Management with a deep understanding of apparel and merchandise & licensing.
3. A successful track record in managing high-profile partners where you have exceeded KPIs set by the partner and rights holder.
4. Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute bespoke sponsorship activations that meet partner needs.
5. Strong knowledge of marketing and cultural trends, with an ability to help brands stay relevant and drive engagement.
6. Highly independent, performance-driven, and comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
7. Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus and delivering results.
8. Strong analytical ability, capable of identifying opportunities.
