What does the Executive Office Administrator role involve? Reporting into the Business Improvement Manager, this role incorporates Senior Manager Administrative support, Health & Safety and Facilities coordination and support for the central office service. The successful applicant will ensure the Support Hub is a welcoming, safe, secure, well maintained, inclusive and compliant facility for the use of our colleagues and visitors. Be comfortable using your own initiative, working with the wider regional and hub teams. Have a passion for looking after colleagues and the fabric of the building ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. Also be required to provide additional administrative support as required. Responsibilities for the Executive Office Administrator role? Record and complete all health safety checks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, helping to prepare for the internal and external H&S/Environmental Audits, ISO Audits. Manage building access including fob and alarm keys. Help to support the organisation of functions and events within the office team. Meeting and greeting visitors and contractors onto site Organise colleagues travel and hotel bookings. Set up and maintain all Health & Safety systems, ensuring all departments comply. Manage all maintenance issues, ensuring H&S standards met by contractors, including the cleaning contractor to ensure standards are met. Support regional H&S with stored contractor documentation and tracking of High-Risk Monitoring. Complete all ad hoc Administrative and office tasks for the Central Support Team.
