We are seeking an experienced, creative and strategic Design and Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence and visual branding. What the Role is all about: This role is responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy, managing social media accounts, developing engaging content, and designing compelling visuals that align with our brand identity across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, proven and honed graphic design skills, and the ability to drive engagement and growth across multiple platforms. We're looking for candidates who can evidence: Experience in social media management and design Proven experience managing and scaling social media accounts for a brand or organisation. Deep understanding of the different social media platforms and their best practices for content creation and ability to create engaging and relevant contact that resonates with different audiences Experience designing visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for digital channels, social media, website, and other digital (and other) marketing campaigns. Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Knowledge and experience of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) Along with the desired technical skills, having motivated and enthusiastic colleagues is important to us. The successful candidate for this role will be: An effective communicator Be self-motivated and able to collaborate with others Be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload; Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
