Responsibilities:

* Hiring Manager Liaison: Conduct role sign off meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure clear expectations and a comprehensive understanding of the role.
* Curious Conversationalist: Review CVs, engage in meaningful initial conversations, and conduct telephone interviews to create a dynamic candidate pipeline.
* Insightful Interviewer: Lead fluid, conversational in-person interviews, using probing questions to identify candidates who are the perfect fit for us!
* Talent Scout: Embark on thrilling headhunting missions across LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to discover exceptional candidates.
* Organisational Whiz: Master our ATS system, tracking candidates and expanding our talent pool with expertise.
* Onboarding Specialist: Ensure new recruits feel welcome and ready for success by conducting offer meetings.
