Customer Service Advisor
Reading, Hybrid / £20,000 - £24,000 / Permanent
My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing team. This is a permanent position paying up to £24,000 and offering a hybrid working option.
The successful candidate will have experience liaising with clients and a minimum of 6 months office experience.
The role
Deliver world class customer service over email and telephone to both internal and external customers
Processing customer orders on the internal database and keep customers updated along the way
Acting as first point of contact for any queries and transferring calls to the correct department
General administration including but not limited to data entry, filing, counting incoming mail etc
Essential Skillset
Previous call handling experience is desirable
Previous office experience is essential
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
