We're looking for a qualified and experienced LGV Technician, to support the business in maintaining the roadworthiness of its vehicles; to achieve and persistently maintain high standards of workmanship and competence in performing tasks associated with prevention maintenance checks and general maintenance, whilst ensuring high standards of internal and external communications and relationships. The workshop itself is predominantly a fleet workshop carrying out servicing on all types of vehicles and trailers. As a family run business, we endeavour to keep most work ‘In house’, this can range from the day to day tasks to welding / fabricating, diagnostics, electronic installations and more. An amount of work at our sister company, Versatile Venues Ltd, will be required from time to time, this can consist of bespoke exhibition vehicle fit outs as per the client’s requests to coach build works as required (experience in this type of work isn’t required and will be taught as and when required). The technician should be flexible with working hours, although this role will be on a permanent day shift pattern, with overtime expected as and when the work demands.
