AWE is recruiting a Contract Analyst to carry out Contract Management including data analysis for AWE’s Infrastructure call-off contracts. Salary: from £36,540 to £40,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience) Location: Reading, with free onsite parking. Travel to Aldermaston and Green Park as required. Let us introduce the role As the Contract Analyst, you will be interpreting contractual requirements, collaborating on contractual change with both internal and internal stakeholders. Other duties and responsibilities of the Contract Analyst include, but are not limited to: Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks Analysing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities Undertake process analysis to identity non-productive time and overall contract productivity score. Recommending and drafting contract amendments Reviewing and approving Application for Payment Ensuring that contract terms comply with legal requirements and policies Documenting and maintaining files Producing relevant reports Managing change and Stakeholders Who are we looking for? To ensure success as a Contract Analyst, you should possess knowledge of the NEC4 Contract and ideally have experience in a similar industry. The successful candidate will understand the requirements of capital contracts, Frameworks and agreements that the Business entered into and advise on how to get the most favourable outcomes for AWE, that put delivery to time, cost and quality at the centre.
