Job summary Working as part of the Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICB Digital, Data, Analytics & Technology Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Project Support Officer to join our team to provide comprehensive support to the team and our efforts to deliver key digital and technology programmes and projects across the local health system. Main duties of the job The postholder will be providing important administrative support to the management team, as well as tasks assigned by programme and project managers to help with the delivery of key areas of work. Experience of range of administrative processes would be an advantage, including diary coordination, working to deadlines, meeting arrangements and minute/note taking. Good organisational skills are imperative and the ability to multi-task and work with a variety of systems and applications efficiently. Communication skills must be professional, discreet and of a high quality, both verbally and in writing, as the role requires regular contact and discussion with colleagues at all levels.
