We have an exciting opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator Assistant to join our friendly & experienced team at Queensway Orthodontics, Darlington.
1. Full time hours
2. Monday - Friday -
3. Work in a friendly & supportive team
This role will be based in our Darlington practice and there may be some travel required to our Billingham practice on an ad hoc basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating and processing new patient leads and bookings. Supporting the patient through their patient journey and assisting the Treatment Coordinator.

About you

4. Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor. We also welcome your application if you have sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
5. A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
6. Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care
