Our Alfreton based client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Document Controller.
The responsibilities will include
* Maintaining and updating electronic and hard copy documents.
* Organise and categorise documents according to company guidelines.
* Ensure all documents are stored securely and accessible to authorised personal.
* Assist in the retrieval of documents as requested by team members.
This is predominately an office role, but the right person would need to liaise with shop floor staff collecting paperwork in, handing new documents out and checking that documentation is correct.
You will be working alongside a small team including the Quality Manager, Supervisors (x2) and Engineering (x3) assisting with daily tasks.
Hours of work –
Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 3:30pm
Friday 7:00 – 2pm
