This role supports the Litigation division within the firm's Knowledge Management department, working alongside other PSLs and the library manager. The key focus areas include:
1. Keeping the team updated on legal and procedural updates through regular internal communications.
2. Curating and developing know-how resources, and handling fee earner queries.
3. Collaborating to identify and implement best practices.
4. Delivering or coordinating technical and training sessions for teams and clients.
5. Supporting departmental business development, including profile raising and staying ahead of legal developments, innovations, and technology.
Accountabilities
* Leading knowledge sharing initiatives and designing technical training.
* Updating the firm's precedent database, creating new resources, and establishing best practice procedures.
* Producing materials for client updates, articles, webinars, and podcasts on legal developments.
* Supporting training and awareness activities for clients and intermediaries.
Professional Skills:
* Experience in developing seminars and training fee earners at all levels.
* Deep understanding of litigation and dispute resolution law and practice, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience in England & Wales, in private practice or in-house, with an excellent academic record. PSL experience is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Prezi) and web conferencing tools (e.g., Adobe Connect) is a plus.
