**Join our team as a Programming and Partnerships Officer at Clumber Park**
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to help us deliver exceptional visitor experiences and events throughout the year.
**About the role**
You'll be part of our Programming and Partnerships team, planning and delivering seasonal events, managing volunteers, and maintaining a high level of core activity for our everyday visitors.
**Key responsibilities**
* Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of events
* Manage volunteers and work with other property departments
* Undertake day-to-day responsibilities of looking after our core visitor area
* Use computer skills to respond to emails, complete planning documents, and use Microsoft Office
**What we're looking for**
* Experience in running events and activities, and/or working with community partners
* Familiarity with audiences in the areas of heritage, culture, arts, and the natural environment
* Ability to measure and assess results, and show their impact
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and ability to work with different teams and partners
* IT skills, including Microsoft Office
