Phlebotomy Team Lead Rivers Hospital (Outpatients Department) (Full-time / 37.5 hrs per week / Monday 08:00-16:00; Tuesday-Friday 09:00-17:00 / Saturday shifts available as extra) The role We're looking for a passionate Phlebotomist with leadership experience to join our Phlebotomy Team at Rivers Hospital Outpatients Department. Our Phlebotomy team supports busy Outpatients, Ward and Theatre departments and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you will deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Previous phlebotomy experience is essential for this role. Leadership experience is desired. Where you'll be based Phlebotomy team is based in Outpatients Department but works closely with a number of teams across the Hospital. This post is to ensure adequate leadership support for the busy team. The job role will combine being hands on phlebotomist and a team leader. The post is full-time only - 37.5 hours per week. Team Lead will be expected to work one Saturday per month (08:00-14:00 in addition or within contracted hours). Phlebotomy department is working towards extending its opening ours to: Monday - Friday 08:00-20:00 Saturday 08:00-14:00 Team Lead will work Monday (08:00-16:00) and Tuesday-Friday (09:00-17:00) to support the team during busiest times.
