Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant

Salary: £430 – £525 per week (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in planning and delivering dynamic, engaging lessons.
Provide individual and small group support to students who need extra help.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and encourage active student participation.
Prepare learning materials and support classroom activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students both inside and outside the classroom.
Work closely with the class teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly.
Requirements:
Experience in a teaching support role or working with children is beneficial but not essential.
A proactive and patient approach to supporting children’s learning.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents while fostering positive relationships.
Passionate about helping children develop confidence and achieve their potential.
Empathetic, compassionate, and resilient nature.
Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond effectively to diverse classroom situations.
An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
