JOB TYPE: Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Hybrid role)
Role Purpose
As a Technical Sales Advisor/Administrator, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset. You will be providing customers with quotations using our in-house drawing programs and offering customer and technical support. All training will be provided; however, any CAD experience is a positive. You will handle customer inquiries over the phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer service and delivery queries.
* Update and maintain company databases.
Experience Required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form a rapport with customers.
* Ability to multitask, using multiple systems alongside dealing with customers.
* Ability to produce solutions to problems.
* Must have a ‘can-do’ approach.
* A background in a customer service or sales role is desirable.
