* Facilitate the implementation of these designs by providing expert guidance, advising on major programmes, and resolving any process challenges that arise.
* Identify process deficiencies and develop business cases for improvement initiatives.
* Deliver essential materials and inputs for the Global Process Lead and Process Design Authority, offering clear recommendations and insights.
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
* Proven expertise in optimising finance processes and understanding their impact on data, technology, service delivery, governance, and reporting.
* Solid experience with FP&A processes such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and forecasting, with the capability to manage organisational change within finance.
* A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
* Experience within large, complex organisations with similar operational scale and scope.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and process enhancement.
Benefits:
* A competitive pension scheme and enhanced annual leave.
* Company-contributed Share Incentive Plan and access to flexible working options.
* Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle2work scheme, employee discounts, and eligibility for an annual incentive.
