Key Responsibilities
* SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN THE DAY-TO-DAY RUNNING OF THE STORE, TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY IN THEIR ABSENCE
* INSPIRE AND SUPPORT STAFF TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DRIVE SALES GROWTH
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store appearance, and stock control
* Contribute to the development of the store's business strategy, including setting sales targets and implementing promotional plans
Estimated salary: £32,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
