Salary: £27,500 - £29,500 plus commission and quarterly bonus

As a Dermalogica Assistant Store Manager at our Ireland Flagship store in Belfast, you'll be at the heart of the action, partnering with your Store Manager to lead and inspire your team. What You'll Be Doing:
1. Drive Growth: Lead the charge in boosting retail sales, motivating your team to exceed all targets and KPIs.
2. Lead by example: Perform all treatments to the highest standard and share your expertise with your team, assisting with on-counter training on new products and innovations.
3. Customer Journey: Advise, listen, and connect with customers at every touch point, creating personalized skincare programs that include both in-store treatments and home care.
4. Event Management: Create and host exciting in-store activities and events that draw in customers, educate them about our products, and build brand loyalty.
5. Team Leadership: Step up to the plate when the Store Manager is out, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high energy on the shop floor.
6. Mentorship and Coaching: Regularly mentor and coach your team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
7. Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective onboarding plans for new starters and develop ongoing training strategies.
8. Performance Excellence: Conduct regular assessments to ensure treatments and services are consistently performed to the highest standard.
9. Analyse and Innovate: Review business performance, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with the Store Manager to implement creative solutions.
Who You Are:
1. Qualified: You hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential) with experience in Facial Electricals. A Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (including Microneedling and Chemical Peels) is a plus. If you don’t have this yet, we will fund it as part of your development.
2. Experienced Leader: You have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within a retail environment.
3. Passionate Educator: You have at least 2 years of training experience and a genuine love for coaching and developing your team.
4. Creative and Outgoing: You thrive on creating a buzz in store, bringing products to life, and engaging customers with your fun, energetic personality.
5. Skincare Enthusiast: Your passion for skin health is unmatched, and you use this enthusiasm to inspire your team and customers.
