Experience of the Early Years curriculum Experience of working with children with social/communication difficulties Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to your assigned child in delivering lesson content and facilitating learning inside and outside the classroom. Follow any specific intervention and support programmes for your assigned child. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Support childrens social and emotional development, encouraging confidence and independence. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement personalised support plans.
