Job Description: Experienced PA is sought to join a culture-driven business, reporting to a Director, with responsibility for supervising a HR admin team and performing daily PA duties, requiring experience in general HR duties.
* Work closely with the HR Director to manage emails and diary, reply on their behalf, organise meetings, arrange travel and accommodation.
* Attend meetings to take minutes, distribute and create agendas, arrange corporate events, research and pull together guest lists, dietary requirements.
* Manage reports and expense reports using Excel and a CRM system, keep track of budget spend, handle confidential and sensitive business information.
* Oversee and supervise a HR administration team, assist with HR documentation and administration, including offers of employment, employee requests.
* Travel to different locations when required.
* Previous PA/EA experience and some HR knowledge.
* Articulate, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Professional, friendly and able to work under pressure, flexible to travel and work outside normal office hours.
* Strong MS Office experience, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and databases.
* Flexible to assist with HR duties and other duties as required.
