You will be customer-facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process, but helping the founders and team to set up MSP SOPs, documentation and processes All whilst offering 2nd/3rd line support for the managed services clients already onboard. Ideal Skills: Virtualization package experience is ideal (V2 Cloud, Hyper-V, VMWare, Oracle VM Virtual Box, Citrix Workspace). Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments. O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience. Good understanding of documentation and processes to implement. Microsoft and SQL server experience.
