Job Title: HR Administrator
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a vibrant campus in Surrey. This role involves providing temporary support to a busy HR team, starting in January. The position is ongoing and may lead to a long-term career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-boarding new starters
2. Carrying out DBS Checks
3. Rolling out training sessions, both online and classroom-based
4. Managing HR forms and documentation
5. Creating letters and email correspondence
6. Applying for and following up on references
The role requires ensuring excellent customer service and compliance across all recruitment areas, including safeguarding training for teaching staff, agency workers, contractors, cover teachers, peripatetic teachers, and parents. Flexibility is essential, as occasional hours outside regular office times may be needed to support boarding and estates teams.
To succeed, candidates should have demonstrable experience delivering high-quality administrative services in fast-paced environments, ideally with experience in safer recruitment and regulatory compliance. Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to undertake new tasks are crucial.
