We are looking for a Technology Project Coordinator / Assistant on a fixed-term (12 month) basis to support the successful delivery of technology projects as part of wider business change initiatives. Your role will be to both coordinate and oversee the smooth running of general project activities. This will consist of organising meetings, setting up and maintaining tracking systems for project activities and schedules, and being the first point of contact for smaller projects within the company. Key Tasks: • Central point of contact for the Project Managers for related administration and activities • Manage & Schedule Work stream meetings on a weekly basis • Minute taking in Project Meetings • Maintaining and updating the Action, Risk and Issue Logs, and ensuring that Risks and Issues are clearly identified to take mitigating actions • Maintaining the templates for project work • Review of actions and following up with owners to ensure their completion • Supporting the Programme / Project Managers on ad hoc tasks where necessary • Tracking and recording of resources • Coordinating the activities of smaller technology projects • Proactively gathering, analysing, interpreting and presenting project information The ideal candidate will have both previous project coordination/administration experience, project management skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Personal attributes will include a results orientated tenacious approach, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You should have good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure, be flexible and adaptable and possess the ability to work within a rapidly changing environment whilst responding to varying demands. Job Requirements - Knowledge and Skills: • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of MS Project would also be beneficial • Professional attitude and communication skills when dealing with stakeholders of all levels as an ambassador for IT • Attention to detail, e.g. to ensure accuracy regarding billing and other data • Knowledge of methodology such as Prince 2 or APM would be advantageous • Highly organised and efficient working practices • Familiarity with Project Planning • Experience working within or understanding of a Technology Department would be beneficial Please apply by 11pm on 20th May 2016 Posting Notes | Frating | London, City of (GB-LND) | United Kingdom | PRH_UK
