Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager
Location: Derby, with Regional site travel
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Plus Company Car, Bonus and Excellent Benefits

We've been engaged by one of the leading integrated waste management companies in the UK to recruit a Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager. The role is focused on promoting a positive health and safety culture and improving health and safety performance across the company. This is a regional role covering multiple sites with the main office based in the Derbyshire area.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the site is compliant with both UK legislation and in line with wider Group strategy for Health, Safety and Environment
* Auditing Health, Safety and Environment performance, accurately reporting and investigating any incidents, accidents or near misses
* Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, operational staff and external regulators
* Leading on new initiatives and always seeking opportunities to improve and develop Health, Safety and Environment performance
* Supporting on the development and improvement of the ISO management systems 9001, 14001 and 45001
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role within waste, environmental services or a related industry
* NEBOSH certificate or equivalent and ideally membership of a relevant professional body (i.e IOSH)
* The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
* An enthusiastic and positive approach to health and safety
