Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team.
This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the service, ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional care to our service users, and coming up with new and creative ideas to improve our service.
We need someone with a compassionate nature, who is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will need to adapt your approach to each service user, ensuring they are well taken care of and dreaming big for their future. You will need to have the courage to take calculated risks and possess a continuous learning mindset.
In this role, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations of the service. Additionally, you will be hands-on, providing compassionate and high-quality care to service users as well as managing and supervising staff members.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a Level 5 Diploma in health & social care (or the willingness to work towards it in an agreed timeframe) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
While skills are important, our main priority is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own.
