Retail Communication and Activity Planning Specialist Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Communication and Activity Planning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for publishing all retail communication to effectively engage our retail colleagues and communicate key information about our products, promotions, and company initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating retail activities. Responsibilities Implement and activate communication strategies to effectively convey product information, promotions, and company updates to retail colleagues Coordinate with various departments to gather and disseminate accurate and timely information to retail employees Create and distribute regular communication materials Support the commercial team to plan and implement events such as product launches and promotional campaigns. Support the management of the retail activity planner, providing governance and gatekeeping around workload and communication of activities Analyse and evaluate the success of communication methods and activities, and make recommendations for improvements Provide support to the wider business on effective communication techniques and Retail engagement strategies Requirements Experience or education in communication, marketing, or a related field 3 years of experience in a retail environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and project management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
