We are looking for a talented Ad Ops Specialist to join the team based in London. The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for setting up & optimising Programmatic Advertising Campaigns on Ad Tech Platforms and leading other team members.

Tasks
* Plan, build, and execute programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon).
* Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and viewability.
* Identify and troubleshoot pacing, performance, under-delivery, and data discrepancies to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Stay up to date with programmatic trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
* Liaise with DSP representatives and vendors to stay informed about new features and best practices.
* Work closely with account managers, strategy and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
* Educate internal teams and clients on programmatic media, trends, and performance metrics.
* Provide regular campaign performance updates to Account Managers and the Sales Team.
Experience
* 12–18 months of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, including activation, campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
* Proficiency in one or more major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Samsung, and Amazon.
* Strong understanding of programmatic brand and performance campaigns.
* Experience with Campaign Manager 360 is preferred.
* Familiarity with 3rd Party Verification Tools such as IAS, DV.
* Ad trafficking experience via Campaign Manager 360 is a plus.
* Knowledge of programmatic delivery across various formats, including audio, video/CTV, DOOH, and native ads.
