Your Role
As a key member of our client’s growing Employment team based in the Birmingham office, you will handle a high-quality and varied caseload. Working closely with the Partners and other team members, your responsibilities will include:
* Representing Respondents in employment tribunal claims.
* Advising employers on workplace issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, restructurings, and redundancies.
* Supporting clients with outsourcing contracts, contract drafting, and client training.
* Enforcing post-termination restrictive covenants.
* Drafting employment-related documentation such as consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, and settlement agreements.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a talented, driven individual who:
* Is a qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE in employment law.
* Demonstrates excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
* Is commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated to meet deadlines and manage a varied workload.
* Understands clients’ business needs and delivers solutions that align with their goals.
* Is a team player who can support senior fee earners while contributing to a positive team culture.
