Are you an experienced General Manager with a background in luxury country hotels, particularly in a strong F&B division, and are passionate about what you do?
Our client is a stunning luxury country hotel operating in the North West region and is seeking an ambitious individual who understands that fast pace and high standards can work together to achieve great client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. To develop, implement and build on strategies to maximize the TREVPAR of the hotel.
2. To optimize commercial activities within a very competitive environment to ensure hotel objectives are met.
3. To monitor and maximize the profitability of all departments.
4. Take an active role in forecasting, budgeting and reporting for the hotel.
5. To continue to develop an effective, cohesive and competent team.
6. Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are met.
Your Profile:
1. Previous experience as General Manager in a luxury country house hotel.
2. Strong food and beverage experience.
3. Ability to lead, coach and animate the team.
4. Passionate, with a hands-on approach.
5. Personal commitment to hospitality, customer service, and quality.
6. Strong business acumen combined with excellent leadership and liaison skills.
7. Committed to the development of the business and the hotel team.
