Position: Strategy Director - Retail
We are looking for an experienced strategist who is passionate about making a significant impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovative thinking and aims to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients and the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Leadership: Lead strategic initiatives for our retail clients, focusing on delivering breakthrough work that drives commercial success.
2. BT/EE Account: Take charge of the BT/EE account, a cornerstone client. Your role will involve creating strategies that enhance retail performance, capitalize on promotional opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations. This will constitute approximately 75% of your role.
3. Team Development: Develop and coach a new strategy operating system alongside the Chief Strategy Officer, fostering greater collaboration and efficiency.
4. Retail Strategy Growth: As we acquire more clients, build a retail strategy team by identifying and nurturing the right talent and resources.
5. Thought Leadership: Elevate the agency's standing by contributing to industry thought pieces and events, becoming a respected voice in retail creative strategy.
6. Pitching Support: Provide strategic input for pitches, both for existing Groupe clients and new prospects.
Qualifications
We seek an individual with significant experience in retail marketing and a proven ability to set the agenda for blue-chip retail clients adapting to new commerce realities.
