A rapidly-growing company in the professional haircare space is looking for an ambitious salesperson to act as key contact for salon accounts, providing top-notch service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Your success is in your hands, with an uncapped commission scheme to reward your achievements.
Key responsibilities:
* Be the friendly face, providing excellent support and building strong relationships with existing customers
* Combine savvy sales skills with a passion for outstanding customer service
* Identify and connect with potential new clients to the business
* Promptly respond to any enquiries, leads or opportunities, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
* Demonstrate independence by prioritising tasks and accounts to hit targets
* Proudly represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, networking and building new connections
Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a genuine love of all things hair and beauty are essential to this role. Prior customer-facing experience is ideal, but most important is enthusiasm for learning sales techniques and a proactive attitude.
