The Role:
The Finance Team is here to bring value to Redgate by providing insightful financial advice and analysis, with integrity and objectivity, to support Redgate’s key decision making processes and organisational goals. In addition, we maintain our own high standards by running lean, compliant and operationally excellent practices.
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, and responsible for partnering with our Sales Division. Building a financial understanding of sales performance in different regions and markets, the role is responsible for building and maintaining office-level P&Ls and feeding into commentary of performance against budget. The role is also responsible for ad-hoc analysis of sales performance and sales budgeting, forecasting and investment cases.

What makes you Redgate’s next Finance Business Partner?
1. You’ve got strong core business skills, including influencing and stakeholder management.
2. You have a relevant financial or accounting qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, CIMA etc.).
3. You’re comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders within the business.
4. You’ve got the ability to understand the commercial positioning of a business and provide support and critical analysis around strategic plans.
5. You’re able to synthesise large, complex commercial data sets into actionable insights.
6. You’re action biased, with the ability to make judgements and decisions in complex and ambiguous situations.
7. You’re an effective communicator of financial issues to both financial and non-financial audiences.
8. Self-starter and initiative individual who can manage own workload.
9. Prior experience of business partnering commercial functions.
