The Opportunity Do you have 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment? This could be in a lead generation, business development, account management or sales role. My client is looking for an ambitious German speaking Internal Sales Executive who will work closely with the External Sales team in ensuring that the company continues on its impressive expansion plans. Full product training will be given coupled with a full career path opportunity. The Role: Understand customers’ needs and requirements to convert warm inbound leads into new clients Pro-actively win new business opportunities from existing leads Act as the dedicated point of contact for your customers’ queries via phone and email You will be responsible for feeding the sales pipeline by identifying and developing new sales leads to then pass on to the Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Directors Qualify and nurture sales leads generated via inbound channels such as the Web, trial system, seminars, conferences, etc. Make initial outbound sales contact to identify account decision-makers, understand the prospect's business needs and make recommendations for next steps Identify high potential prospects within target accounts and transition them to the appropriate sales rep. Partner with inside and field sales reps to develop a target list of accounts to penetrate on a quarterly basis in support of the business plan About you: German speaker to fluent standard 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development or account management in a fast-paced sales environment with short sales cycles Coachable and self-motivated to learn and develop your skills Excellent communication skills including active listening Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
