Here at Kepak Kirkham, Home of Rustlers, we have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Site Training Lead to join our busy HR team. Supporting a site of 500 employees, you will coordinate all training and development activities on-site, and implement a variety of initiatives from Kepak Group. Please note that this is a fully onsite role (Monday - Friday). Duties include: Oversee and monitor employee training initiatives and succession planning, ensuring a smooth development process Develop and deliver, with the site management team, a site L&D strategy, that supports the delivery of the site’s people and operational goals and is aligned to the group L&D strategy Development of T&D reporting metrics for the site. Develop and maintain a site training and development plan & budget to drive mandatory training, and internal development initiatives Monitor, analyse, and report on learner journeys and Enhancing Performance process, including tracking progress, engagement, and outcomes. To deliver local site learning initiatives with a broad range of site-based stakeholders Oversee and organise all legal and compliance training on-site, ensuring coverage for all shifts across the factory. Leads implementation and effective use of the Group LMS for site, ensuring it accurately reflects learning needs, site structure and users are fully able to utilize the system. Work with Business Unit Managers to devise a skills based training program To build and develop relationships with relevant stakeholders Be the onsite point of contact for early careers programs (e.g. Apprenticeships, Graduates) ensuring a consistent experience for each employee and that learning needs are met Work with all relevant parties to implement a best-in-class site induction program Work with functional leads to develop training plans for their team Requirements 2 years experience in either a Learning and Development/ Training Role Experience working in a highly regulated or manufacturing environment is essential. FMCG experience would be advantageous. A relevant qualification, such as Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma or equivalent, would be advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time. Prior experience of change management or the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support a multicultural workforce.
