Amazon China is seeking an experienced candidate interested in scaling the product by disrupting the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale. The qualified candidate is an expert in sales management and has a strong business sense with the ability to drive growth, directly impact the building of new solutions, services, and distribution structures across Amazon’s growing footprint.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the development of Amazon Sellers by providing international logistics services solutions through Amazon's global network. The candidate is expected to engage with stakeholders and key customers, demonstrating customer obsession, understanding the market, and constructively leading the transformation of tools or projects. They will drive continued improvement of seller experiences and discover business opportunities to grow the business.
1. Manage and develop the strategic sellers with high potential for growth.
2. Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers.
3. Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
4. Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including solution selling against established target lists.
5. Work closely with other teams to drive adoption.
6. Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.
7. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists.
8. Demonstrate the strong ability to identify potential risks or issues within projects while proactively assessing the project landscape, identifying potential obstacles or challenges, and driving the optimization of products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
