Role Overview: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who find school difficult due to behavioural or emotional challenges. You’ll be a key player in helping them engage with learning, providing the guidance and support needed to help them reach their potential. Key Responsibilities: Individualised Support: Provide focused, one-on-one assistance to students with SEBD, helping them manage behaviour and emotions. Classroom Support: Assist with maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment, working alongside the teacher to support student progress. Emotional Development: Implement strategies to help students develop their emotional and social skills through targeted interventions. Collaboration: Work as part of a team with teachers and staff to deliver tailored support that meets the unique needs of each student.
