Key Responsibilities
* Conduct professional property valuations, advising clients to achieve the best outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with all property sales processes and regulations.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximise property exposure.
* Arrange and conduct engaging property viewings, addressing buyer queries.
* Manage the entire sales process (360-cycle), liaising with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
* Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience (estate agency preferred).
* Strong client relationship skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Hours of Work
1. Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
2. Saturday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM (essential for viewings)
