The UK’s leading aerosol trade association, BAMA is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Technical Manager. role may be home-based with regular visits to the BAMA offices in Stevenage. required to travel throughout the UK, often to Europe and sometimes globally.
Training: Prepare and deliver external and in-company training courses and bespoke training content. the organisation and identification of event venues, provide input on BAMA’s online training portal, liaise with BAMA’s web designers and update training course content.
Engage with member companies on technical issues and provide regulatory updates. Project management: Help manage projects agreed by BAMA Technical Panels, prepare timelines and progress
Event management:
Work with the BAMA team to promote and deliver BAMA’s set piece events, help promote and
deliver ad hoc events and other meetings, and carry out any other duties as requested by management.
Strong knowledge of the aerosol industry or FMCG sectoral knowledge such as regulation, formulation, or manufacturing
• Robust project management capabilities
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of one or more additional languages would be useful but is not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A full UK driving licence.
