Digital Content Editor Main Roles and Responsibilities - Upkeep of all digital platforms, with focus on website – homepage images, videos, removing/adding items, cropping/changing images, working on discounts, issues with orders, customization etc. Communicating with website developers to fix errors, or update features - Co-create social media content plan, including regular updates as well as constantly developing new ideas. Stories, posts, reels posted on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. - Digital/paid advertising supervision and creation - Responsible for SEO-design and send newsletters and emails based on prepared plan - Monitoring online sales through Shopify, adjusting product information based on sales figures, ensuring smooth customer experience 2. Additional - Researching, contacting and establishing relationships with influencers and social content creators - answering messages and communicating with customers - manager role on Trustpilot - communicating with call centre where necessary to update information and check quality of services - co-organising and overseeing photoshoots - Photoshop – editing photos from shoots, photos for social media, editing colors for products - Video – editing videos for homepage. Support - Answering the telephone, taking orders, handling returns and dealing with customers - Answering emails - Professional but friendly communication with all customers, including in situations that require sensitivity - Answering emails when customers have questions about our website, discounts, social media, call centre, any problems with placing an order and when Anett is away - Answering phone calls from customers when required - answering questions, placing orders on the phone, calling Royal Mail to track down lost orders. - Organizing and selling sale events - Look for ways to improve sales by researching other venues and networking events - Have an in-depth understanding of the company’s history and brand concept to inform customers and associates - Be aware of trends, seasonal styles and customers’ interests, and inform the marketing and sales team to support the brand direction - Manifesting orders for Pick and Pack staff where needed - Carry out picking and packing where needed and when busy, or when staff is on holiday - Support stock organising when shipment arrives from factory - Working in the shop during busy times - Organizing special requests – writing Christmas cards Salary: £15.00 p/h, 40-hour p/w, with flexibility to work more where needed. We are currently looking for a dynamic, multi-tasking individual in the role of Digital Content Editor to join our small team at a British brand founded 30 years ago, now designing, manufacturing and carrying out online, catalogue and shop sales throughout the UK and six other countries internationally. Monday to Friday flexible hours. Key responsibilities and duties include: • Producing sales focused marketing content to appeal to our wide customer range, on various platforms • Uploading work through content management systems, monitoring performance and coordinating with other team members for optimum results • Working with design software, video and image editing programmes An interest in fashion, textiles, cashmere and sustainability is a plus. Additional hours may be required from time to time and in the run up to Christmas to coordinate busy periods, as well as network with local businesses to support shop sales.
