The Payroll and People Services Assistant role will sit within the People Services function reporting to the Payroll Lead. The team are responsible for the timely production of all payroll activity, always ensuring the highest degree of accuracy. The team collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as People Business Partners and Finance. A major component of our activity relates to statutory compliance including HMRC, Pension Regulator and Minimum Wage and compliance is at the forefront of our minds in everything we do.
