Job Description Catch 22 are working with a large scale logistics employer who are are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead a team in delivering high cleaning standards across a large commercial estate on the outskirts of Leeds. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and frontline staff Ensure health & safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies Improve processes and working methods Deliver excellent customer service and team performance Ideal Applicant: Strong leadership and people management skills Proactive, hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude Health & Safety knowledge and reporting of COSHH and RIDDOR incidents Experience in customer service and commercial awareness Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication and IT skills Able to undertake a high security background check Flexible with working shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends. Access to own vehicle preferred due to rural location This role is paying a salary of £40,000 on a permanent, full time basis.
