Job Description
Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC. It was established by Dundee City Council in July to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city. Working 37 hours per week, you will provide advice and assistance to managers and employees on all aspects of HR policies and procedures, and help develop a comprehensive HR service for Leisure & Culture Dundee.
Requirements
CIPD (level 3) qualification is preferable or relevant HR experience
Responsibilities
Assist the HR & Employee Support Manager with the management, delivery and development of a comprehensive HR service for Leisure & Culture Dundee.
The Individual
You will have experience of providing and interpreting management information and have experience with excel, word, teams and outlook. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and be adept at problem solving, including the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will also have the ability to work under pressure and be able to plan and prioritise workloads and meet challenges and deadlines, with excellent attention to details and organisational skills. You will be approachable and confident in dealing with staff at all levels across the organisation, have the ability to stay calm in difficult situations and have strong interpersonal skills. A high level of confidentiality is required.
