We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our existing client base in London. This role requires a proactive approach and a good understanding of sales processes.
Supported by a new website, product sampling, an inhouse telemarketer to assist with appointment setting, and an array of quality products to promote, this is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to progress into face to face B2B sales.
Ideal opportunity for an energetic sales individual who is currently working in telesales and has a desire to progress into an external sales role.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our customer base in London, targeting office-based businesses with 25+ employees.
* Identify and engage prospective customers, leveraging leads from the internal telemarketer and generating new opportunities through networking and outreach.
* Build lasting relationships with office and facilities managers, promoting our premium product range and services.
* Stay informed about food and drink trends, using this knowledge to recommend products that align with client needs and preferences.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, clearly articulating the value Totally Tasty provides.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably B2B.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Knowledge of workplace refreshments, healthy eating trends, or sustainable food products is preferable but not essential.
