The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant (Reading) Providing 1:1 and small group support to SEN students in the classroom Helping children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Global Development Delay reach their full potential Assisting teachers in implementing tailored learning plans and classroom activities Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Encouraging independence and confidence in learningWhat We're Looking For: Experience working with SEN children (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or related needs) A Level 3 qualification or relevant degree is desirable GCSEs in Maths & English (C or above) required Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs Strong communication and teamwork skillsWhy Apply?
