Job Purpose
Ensures that and displays the correct products with the correct image, copy and attribution, offers the correct promotions and product and service recommendations for customers; all contributing to a great customer experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively with Category, Customer, Content and CRO teams to ensure the product set up, attribution, images, product copy, product location(s), delivery flags and stock status reflect what the customer expect
2. Work with the Digital Trading, Marketing and Content teams to ensure that all online product/ range updates are delivered on time, with the right supporting content, in the right place
3. Focus throughout is on the customer journey and user experience
4. Support in the organization all major and minor sales events, re-merchandising the site as required
5. Implement changes to online category strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy and e-commerce goals and initiatives
6. Analyse sales and web metrics to make recommendations about products and categories, web marketing and promotions
7. Work closely with Customer Contact team, Data Analytics and CRO teams to understand customer feedback and address issues and implement changes were appropriate
