Customer Service Advisor Required in Epsom, Surrey
1. Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience with realistic but uncapped OTE of £38k+
2. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
We are currently working with a well respected Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in their local area for over 80 successful years and counting. This client has an excellent reputation with their customers, employee and from the franchises they represent.
They are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Advisor who strives to provide a world class service to their customers and who has at least 2 years' experience within the Automotive industry. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area. Full brand training will be provided all our clients wants is willingness and enthusiasm to learn and able to be a helpful and friendly voice for our clients customers.

Within this Customer Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
7. Taking inbound bookings for customers vehicles to be repairer on MOT'd at our clients Car Dealership
8. Updating customers of availability and pricing
9. Checking customers in and alerting them of their scheduled repairs
10. Assist the Aftersales Manager team when required
11. Work with the wider aftersales team to improve customer satisfaction
12. Administration onto software systems
