Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement materials planning strategies
* Collaborate with procurement and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control
* Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong relationships
* Participate in cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes
* Forecast material needs based on production plans
* Coordinate with production team to align material availability with production schedules
* Address and resolve any issues related to material shortages
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
* Prior Supply Chain experience in a similar role/ industry
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management systems
* Proficiency with ERP systems
