Northwest based multi branded fashion agency working with the best retailers around the world are looking for a Fashion Sales Coordinator. You will support the growth of the business; this is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic fashion agency working across a key business function to learn and progress in your role within the fashion industry.

Role Profile
* Working with the directors, design team and product team across a multitude of tasks – no day is the same
* You would be working with the directors to grow the wholesale business, attending meetings, organising SMS samples and setting up the showroom ready for sales meetings.
* Supporting senior members to ensure order book reconciliation, booking deliveries to customers and raising sales orders.
* Liaising with our in-house creative team to create lookbooks to send out to customers each season.
* Variety of admin tasks such as data sheets, order books, creating line lists.
* Understanding the marketplace, regular consumer insight & analysis and feeding back into product teams.
* Building relationships with key buyers.
* Confident communicator reporting key information to senior management.
* Opportunity for travel to visit customers and retail.
* Close working relationship across internal teams including design, product, garment tech, social, marketing and Ecom.
Key Skills & Experience
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to present.
* A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise action.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience within fashion sales.
* Relevant degree preferred but not essential.
* Works well under pressure.
* Drive and enthusiasm, highly engaged and keen to learn and progress.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Highly self-motivated individual.
* Team player.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Full clean Driving Licence.
